Description of Service: Our SMS service allows you to send and receive text messages on your mobile device.
Acceptable Use: You agree to use our SMS service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our SMS service:

Intellectual Property: All text messages, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other content available through our SMS service are the property of their respective owners and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or display any of the content except as expressly authorized by the respective owner.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our SMS service at any time and for any reason without prior notice, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
Modifications: We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of our SMS service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the SMS service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the SMS service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
